Join Dr. Edward Viljoen for a unique spiritual enrichment course where we explore the Hail Mary prayer through a metaphysical lens. While deeply rooted in Christian traditions, particularly Catholicism, this prayer has layers of meaning that can offer insight and spiritual growth for students of metaphysics.

In this four-week course, Dr. Edward will guide us through each word and passage of the Hail Mary, uncovering its symbolic significance. We will learn to embrace the prayer as a tool for connecting with love, grace, and the divine feminine. This class is not intended to interpret Christianity, but rather to provide an expanded view of the prayer for those seeking to deepen their understanding of wholeness and spiritual alignment.

Whether you are familiar with the Hail Mary or approaching it with fresh eyes, this course offers a new perspective on a classic devotional element. Each session will invite contemplation and an opportunity to apply these metaphysical principles to your daily life.

How Did I Learn to Trust Life?

For much of my life I had a hard time trusting. I didn't have good models of what healthy trust looks like when I was growing up, and I had many experiences that taught me that it wasn't safe to trust--especially to trust that Life was for me. This led me to want to be in control of everything! My emotions, my job, my friends, my romantic relationships, it doesn't matter what it was, I wanted to control it.  The challenge with this way of being is that it's a lot of work. And it's not really effective. I learned through much trial and error that it's not actually possible, or even desirable, to always be in control.  The spiritual practice that helped me move my excessively controlling ways is visioning .
