Coming Home to Yourself: The Practice of Radical Self Love

There’s a quiet revolution that begins when we choose to love ourselves—not just the parts that feel easy, but all of who we are. Radical Self Love is a way of being. It’s about becoming a safe place for your own heart. A soft landing for your fears. A clear mirror for your light.

Beginning Tuesday, April 22, we’re creating a space for this practice to unfold. For six weeks we’ll gather in community to explore the power of loving ourselves with intention, compassion, and depth.

This journey is about remembering who we are. We’ll begin with a gentle self-love inventory—just a few reflective questions to help us listen inward before we begin. Over the weeks that follow, we’ll explore themes like:

  • What does it mean to truly love all of me?
  • How can I respond to myself with the same grace I offer others?
  • What might shift in the world when I live from a foundation of Radical Self Love?

Together, we’ll draw wisdom from teachers like Sonia Renee Taylor, Howard Thurman, Lama Rod Owens, and Valarie Kaur. We’ll build a shared collection of tools, reflections, and music that support our practice, and celebrate each other’s growth along the way.

You are already whole. You are already worthy. Sometimes, all it takes is a space to remember. With each step, we return to the truth: love is not something we chase. It is something we embody.
