We invite you to join us for Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) classes. These sessions help you rediscover the fluidity and grace that belong to you.

What you gain from each 45-minute session:

Format: Classes take place lying on a soft mat or blanket. Mats are provided for your convenience.
Accessibility: We offer accommodations for those who prefer an alternative to floor work.
Attire: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
